抵达前值得了解的一切
入住时间自 3:00 PM 起,退房时间为 12:00 PM 前,别墅经理将在门口迎接您。
Arrival & departure
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Our villa manager personally welcomes every guest. Luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals and late flights. The airport is around 40 minutes away, and we can arrange a transfer in advance.
Families & children
The villa is secure, private and child-friendly, and being on a single level with no stairs it suits multigenerational groups and wheelchair users. A crib and a high chair are provided. Children under five should be supervised by a parent at all times in and around the pool — the pool has no gate or lock. Children using the main beds are charged as adults; children under three are not counted in the guest total.
House rules
Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM. Maximum ten guests staying overnight. No pets. No commercial photography without prior agreement. No smoking indoors — ashtrays are provided outdoors. Please observe quiet hours and switch outdoor music off at night. No unregistered overnight visitors, and no full meals in bedrooms. One security camera monitors the front gate. Long-term stays of 28 nights or more are welcome. Parties and events are welcome but must be arranged and approved with our management in advance, and additional fees apply — please do not plan one without speaking to us first.
Guest registration
Indonesian law requires us to register every guest with the local authorities, so we will ask for a passport copy for each member of your party. After booking you will receive a secure, private upload link — please never email passport images. Copies are stored encrypted, seen only by our villa manager and owner, and deleted on a set schedule after you check out. We also need your final guest count before arrival: unused bedrooms are kept closed and are only prepared when needed.

Nyepi — the Balinese day of silence
下一个 Nyepi
日期依巴厘岛萨迦历而定,每年确认 — 在此期间安排行程前请先向我们确认。
On Nyepi Day we are unable to accept any check-in or check-out. Nyepi is the Balinese Hindu day of silence marking the New Saka Year, when the entire island observes no fire (amati geni), no travel (amati lelungan), no work (amati karya) and no entertainment (amati lelangon). Silence begins at sunrise and continues for 24 hours. All shops close, there is no traffic anywhere on the island, guests must remain within the property, lighting and sound should be kept to a minimum, and Ngurah Rai airport closes completely — no arrivals or departures.
